Small or big, every effort to make a change matters. On March 1st, SonjaBe.com will be launching the “Think Big/Start Small” online campaign in support of YWCA Canada’s Y Act Up initiative. In an effort to use our voices, raise awareness and inspire youth, this campaign will focus on highlighting 8 remarkable women from 6 different continents who have overcome adversity, inspired youth and improved our communities in the following sectors: education, poverty, youth, technology, equality, violence, and environment. Guest Editorial Every day, children are forced to sell their bodies to strangers for various reasons. Young children of all ages, some shockingly young, as young as two or three years old, are made to endure the most perverse of abuses. The statistics are disturbing, leaving most people profoundly upset, yet why does this issue continue to exist?
